MCHI currently owns four (4) affordable housing complexes located in Salinas, Monterey and King City.

 

Salinas Locations:

Parkside Manor consists of 88 total units in four (4) two-story, residentila buildings constructed in 1975.

 

There are two vurtually identical buildings, with 40 units each.
